As the year begins to wind down, we’d like to send our well wishes to you and your family for the festive season ahead.
At The SBS Australia, many of our team will be taking a break over this period to rest and recharge for the new year.
Between 23 December and 9 January our opening hours will differ slightly, and a minimal skeleton staff will be operating from our Caulfield office. Our offices will be closed.
During this period, staff will be attending to urgent matters only. Please ensure that any administrative matters are dealt with as early as possible prior to our closing dates.
All requests for Owners Corporation Certificates or additional access devices/sets of keys received after 16 December 2022 will be processed when regular operating hours recommence.
For the remainder of January, staff levels will remain reduced and urgent matters will be prioritised.

Tuesday 3 January – Friday 6 January: Normal operating hours with skeleton staffing

Should you require emergency assistance after hours, please contact our office on 03 9854 6289 to obtain the details of the contractor who takes care of common property emergencies.
My property has a Building Manager.
In the event of a common property maintenance emergency please contact your Building Management staff.

If you are an External Approver for your Owners Corporation, please ensure all invoices are approved by Friday 16 December at the latest.
During our skeleton staff period, payment runs will not be occurring, and we want to avoid significant delays in payment for our valued contractors.
